A reproduction of a bronze statuette of the sacred bull Apis created in ancient Egypt in the second half of the 1st millennium BC. Apis, a black bull with distinctive white markings, was worshipped as a deity offertility and wealth. The solar disk between his horns indicates his relationship to the Egyptian god Osiris. It has been skillfully crafted by experienced workmen of the Hermitage workshops. Each product has been compared to the original and approved the by the museum specialists.
